In 1993, Phillip Showers left the
BMW dealer service network and
saw a real need to offer owners
high-quality, affordable BMW
servicing and mechanical repairs.

To achieve these aims, he established
Northern BM, an independent BMW
service centre in Melbourne at
200 Grange Rd. Fairfield, where he
assembled a small, dedicated
team of trained technicians and BMW
mechanics who today, still have a very
important thing in common:
they are totally fanatical about BMWs.

Phillip also wanted to offer his clients a
more personalised type of BMW service.
So, unlike a dealership and other workshops, you can actually speak to the technician working on your car. (You may even learn some useful little tips into the bargain).

Northern BM also work on new BMWs,
without invalidating the factory warranty.
Should our technician find a fault,
it’s simply noted on your printed service
report. You are then free to contact
BMW about any warranty claim.
